We have an important change to share regarding Aid Station 2. AS2 Ramsey is being relocated and renamed → AS2 Bonnell Flats (Mile 11.6). At the request of the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and Cummings Township, the aid station will move across the bridge and 0.5 miles down the Pine Creek Rail Trail to Bonnell Flats Campground . At Eastern States, we’re always working to improve the experience for everyone involved—runners, volunteers, crews, spectators, and the land managers who make this race possible. With our participant cap increasing, we’re seeing more crews and more people at key points along the course. Aid Station 3 – Lower Pine Bottom, the first crew-accessible aid station, has become a major gathering point for checking in on runners. To support this growth, we’re rolling out several impro
